Mind Body Approach

My philosophy or way of working is to look at the clients needs or goal first. I will then decide on the best way of reaching these goals be it: weight loss, improved fitness, strength, flexibility, calming and de-stressing the mind etc. I will always approach the plan with a ‘mind body’ emphasis as if we can get the mind in gear and to a happy place the body we so desire will follow. We need to want to look after and nurture ourselves and not beat ourselves up in order to reach that ‘happy place’ and ease of being.
