I believe the design of our homes has a huge impact on our wellbeing. Yoga also has a profound impact on our health & wellness. If we can design our homes to suit our lifestyles our energy will flow freely & not be weighed down by clutter. If we can find some time to practice yoga we will feel calmer, stronger & happier.
